This cool wool costume demonstrates classic design attitude, Marina-Elena’s Knowledge Archive and the ‚architectural concept’…Designed and hand crafted by Marina-Elena during her apprenticeship within the 1990s, she is wearing the costume until today – timeless design – classics with symbolic meaning:

first: It is about our responsibility to mediate the values of sustainability and to hand over our knowledge to the next generation.

second: It is about our responsibility to fight for, to hold on crafts technology and knowledge for Germany and Europe.

third: This iconic fashion item stands for communicating the designs as ‚Marina-Elena Archives‘ , beginning within the year 2023 – by celebrating 3 decades of creativity.

fourth: The understanding about the ‚architecture‘ of fashion, of the body, of an automotive design, of the body of the landscape… is comparable to this architectural concept of A ‚design‘;)

The Rose Trench Coat from the 1990s tells us many stories than many brilliant, laughing summer nights… made by hand crafted knowledge, the cut shaped to the individual (Marinas) body, a classical style with classical elements, be loved colour, sensitiv details like rose pearl buttons and warm cosy natural based 100% cellulose material …lasting for ever;) (perhaps to hand over to next generation in 30 years?:)

‚from opera to modern jazz and back‘

…with international soprano singer, Ulrike Spengler, emotional tones of ‚dreams‘ by Richard Wagner and modern interpretations by Carl Stamitz ‚Romace‘ by the trumpet player Joshua Groza and the saxophonist Christian Friederici the night began as wonderful like the dances and interesting talks completed a perfect summer night party. Thank you with music for expressing the joy about 3 decades of creativity with all cooperation partners – celebrating togetherness.

Classics in fashion – a resilient statement within exhibitions

See the iconic picture of classical fashion, the cool wool couture, Marina created and produced 30 years ago – during her apprenticeship -, and she is wearing the costume – at the same time the blazer jacket as mini dress – until today with pride; Marina ‚I care about this beautyful, sustainable statement piece.‚

… and this was part of the exhibition, that Marina organized with 8 other female desinger at tim – textile and industrial museum Augsburg in the year 2021: The exhibition named ‚Design Goals – Designerinnen setzen Zeichen für textile Nachhaltigkeit‘. (engl.: Design Goals – Female designer taking positions for textile sustainability) The Design Goals, as title of the show, referencing to the SDGs – Sustainable Design Goals by UN, are the aim, for supporting all 17, but the SDG 17 is the most important: SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals;)
